This Privacy Policy describes how Ritmo Planner collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our mobile app, website and related services.

Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address and phone number when you create an account.
  • Client data: names, contact details, attendance notes and session information you choose to store in the app.
  • Usage data: app interactions, crash logs and device information to help us keep the app running smoothly.

How we use your data

  • To provide and maintain the Ritmo Planner app and its features.
  • To respond to support requests and fix issues.
  • To understand how the app is used and improve it over time.
  • To send important service updates or account notifications.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers who help us run the app (such as hosting, analytics and customer support), and only when necessary to provide the service.

Android beta testers

If you sign up on our website to test the Android app, we collect your name, Gmail address and language, and record when you agreed and to which wording. We use them to add your address to our tester list on Google Play and to email you about the beta.

Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the security check on the form, which processes your IP address and browser information. Google stores your sign-up in Firebase and gives testers access through Google Play.

We keep your sign-up until the beta ends, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. To withdraw your consent or have your sign-up deleted, email developer@ritmoplanner.com. You do not need an account.

Storage and security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials safe and contact us if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account information at any time inside the app. If you need help removing data or have questions about what we hold, email us at developer@ritmoplanner.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
