What instructors ask before they trust an app with their outgoings.
Open the class and tap Add expense. Enter the amount, pick a category, and choose Every class or Just this class. Each class it covers then asks you to confirm the cost, and nothing is counted until you do.
Because the amount is what you usually pay, not what you paid. Confirm it as it is, change it if the hall charged less this time, or skip it if the class did not run. Only what you confirm reaches your numbers.

Yes. Pick the class when you add it, like the train fare to a weekend workshop, and the class shows the cost alongside the rest.
Open the bill from the Expenses tab. Change its amount from today on, or for every month still waiting, or stop it. Whatever you have already confirmed keeps the amount you confirmed.
