What instructors ask before they let an app near their calendar.
Open Settings, then Calendar sync. One switch adds your classes to your phone's calendar, and the other shows your phone's calendars in the planner. Google and iCloud calendars both work, as long as they are set up on your phone.
No. Your own events are shown for reference only, with a button that opens them in your calendar app. Ritmo Planner writes your classes into a separate calendar called Ritmo, and turning that switch off removes it from your phone.
No. A class goes into your calendar under its own name. Client names go in the event notes, which stay behind a tap.
Yes. Pick the ones you want next to your classes, say personal and family but not work. Their events sit in the planner with a dashed outline, so they never look like classes.
Yes. A class can repeat daily, weekly or monthly until a date you choose. When you change one, you decide whether the change is for that class only or for it and every one after.
