What instructors ask before they let clients pay later through an app.
When someone with no pack or plan checks in, choose pay later. They are checked in and owe one session. Your home screen then shows a Credit tile with how many clients owe you, and each client's page shows how many sessions they owe.
Sell them a pack as you normally would, from the credit list or their page. The owed sessions are covered out of it first and only the rest are added, so a 5-class card for someone owing three leaves them with two.
Yes. Every row on the credit list has a message button for WhatsApp or SMS and an email button. The message is sent from your own phone, by you.
Not until it is paid. Ritmo Planner counts money when it comes in, so the session shows up in your earnings on the day the client pays it back.
Remove them from the class and the owed session is deleted along with the check-in.
